Accommodation
The local organizing committee does not take care of the accommodation of participants. Accommodation is handled by each participant at their own convenience. Please contact directly the hotels by email, phone or fax.
Reservation at the Hotel Olympia:
A number of rooms have been set aside for conference participants. For room reservations please contact the hotel via their online form with reference to "CEQURA".
Please note: The conference takes place during the Munich Oktoberfest, a major tourist attraction making it difficult to find hotel rooms. An early reservation is recommended.
